Do not get Healthy Paws - They change your deductible and Copay after years of paying a premium
Do not get Healthy Paws. It felt like a bait and switched when my dog was going to turn 12. All these years I paid a premium to have a 10 percent copay with a 250 deductible. Every year they raise their rates a lot. But I was shocked when my renewal policy just came up and they said my new deductible was $500 and I have a 30 percent copay and they raised the rates. No other options. Very infuriating and I would NEVER recommend them as a result. Up until now they paid claims very fast and I rarely had issues other then the really raising rates a lot each year. I started at $33 a month and am now at $139 a months for a 30 pound dog.

Amazing service and coverage!
Everything about the "Spot Pet" insurance experience was excellent. Ease in signing up, ease in submitting a claim, and timely manner of providing a benefit payment. Having my pet injured was stressful but Spot made it easier in providing great coverage and service!

I give a 4star review . Why? 1. I was not able to pay online for the new pet add. 2. I had to call customer service and was able to be connected with the right person from the 3 attempt - only because your phone system has issues - they transferred my request to the person but ivr asked me to complete the survey and the call was dropped. Second attempt - poor phone connection, I could not hear the employee. Third attempt was successful - Nadine Van Ness provided me with great support. I give her 10 star review. 3. You do not have bundle options for 2 or more pets(
