Healthy Paws has exceeded my expectations. It is so easy to submit a claim, each time I do I can't believe how quick and easy it is. Their customer service is super helpful. My dog just had cataract surgery and they even covered that expensive bill without a hassle. AND they sent a follow up email to see how my pup was doing. Such great service! Fast and Easy with Good Coverage Options
The submission process is super easy, the explanation of benefits form you get is very straightforward, reimbursement is usually within a couple weeks (though it can get slower in the summer), and it's kept me from going into some pretty crazy debt over my dog. I do have the highest possible coverage because my pup has some serious chronic health issues (90% coverage), and I'm paying less for insurance than I would for all her procedures and meds. After seeing how high a vet bill can get in a hurry with one major incident, I don't think I'll ever have an uninsured dog again.

Hello, I have MetLife Pet Insurance for over a Year now, for my 3 Jack Russell's, I have nothing but good experiences with MetLife Insurance, the first year we got Odie and Koba( puppies), all claims were reimbursed almost $5000 the first years, was quick and easy and YES they made ask for Vet Notes with is no big deal Vet will provided it for you. I will definitely recommend this Pet Insurance to Pet Owners

Better Than Human Insurance!
Pets Best has been an excellent insurance company! We took my 2 year old dog for his yearly wellness check which included bloodwork & a vaccination. The visit came to $231.55. I filed a claim online with Pets Best, so quick & easy. They kept me in the loop via email and responded with an approval literally a day later. We got 183.33 back in a week deposited into our bank account! No hassles, no problems, very efficient and our visit ended up being only $47!!! I HIGHLY recommend Pets Best Insurance Company to anyone with a pet!
