Trupanion paid fir services up front without me having to pay. I like the fact they work with our vet in getting estimated and final cost approved before my dog gets any service done. It's very helpful especially when I don't make alot of money. And at the end I don't get to pay out of my picket first

Knowing that Trupanion would cover part of the cost made it easier to make decisions about expensive procedures. Submitting the claims was very easy and the updates and communication were also quick and thorough. I was informed how much I would be receiving and it was in my account within just a few days. Amazing experience from start to finish.

Website was deceptive on a quote.
Website was deceptive on a quote. I have one dog and received an email to add the 2nd dog. The quote said $200 deductible but when I signed him up it switched to $750 deductible for the same price. I called and sent screenshot oh what I saw. They just said they didnât know why that happened and forwarded to their IT department. Sounds a bit deceptive to me.

Because of your excellent response time in processing the first claim I've submitted that went beyond my deductible. After years of paying my premiums, I had to submit a claim following a very difficult, and expensive, experience at an emergency hospital, and my claim was quickly processed and my payment was deposited within about 3 days. So thank you.
