Where IS the medical records summary?
Most of the time my prescription reimbursements come within 2 days. The last few took a little longer. The requests made through my regular vet come through almost immediately!

Can't/won't process a claim
Terrible service, inefficient and dysfunctional website, fails to resolve issues and constantly promises claims are being processed. They're either frauds or idiots, stay away from Pumpkin Pet Insurance.
