Outstanding Service!

Thank you for providing a service that allowed me to financially care for my cat's health. When he got sick, my pet insurance gave me the confidence I needed to seek out veterinary care. Today, my kitty, Loki, is recovering nicely, and had I not had Pumpkin pet insurance, I am not sure I would have had such a positive outcome. Additionally, I need to add that the turnaround time for financial reimbursements is incredible. I would submit the claims, and literally within minutes (5-7 minutes), the reimbursed money was in my checking account. It was stunning! Wellness blood work & spay appointment for female lab

My wellness blood work bill was paid quickly -- less than 7 days to process and send in payment. It's been 8 days since spay appointment and claim is in process. I have no doubt that it will be processed shortly (there was a holiday in there), and highly recommend PetsBest insurance to my friends to insure their pets. Peace of mind is worth it.

Pets Best Insurance is Dependable, Economical and the best thing you can do for your pet

"In the past I would pay all vet bills out of pocket. I didn't really consider insurance. However, after repeatedly ending up in situations where I went into debt for veterinary bills, I decided to go for insurance. I opted for Pets Best because I liked the coverage and the monthly cost was reasonable. Recently my cat suddenly became ill. It was three weeks of running to vets, including the ER. After my deductible of $250, Pets Best paid 80% of each claim. Removing the worry about overwhelming vet bills helped in my decision making process for my cat and allowed me to make decisions where I wasn't focused on the financial burden in the same way that I had been in the past without insurance. If I had opted to put my cat through expensive treatments, that would have also been covered. It was a relief to be able to make that decision based on what was best for my cat, not the financial burden. I would (and do) highly recommend Pets Best to any pet owner. They process claims quickly and when there is a delay you are notified via email. I feel this is one of the best investments you can make for your pets. "
