my experience with a puppy fracture
I have been living in the USA for 1 year. A couple of months ago I got a York puppy. Having learned the prices for veterinary services, I knew for sure that I needed insurance. After all, a puppy, and such a tiny one at that, is always an adventure. I am looking for different plans and I liked Pumpkin. I was calm about the insurance. And then 2 weeks ago, my puppy broke his finger on a walk. One appointment with an x-ray cost me $1,300. 90% was covered by the insurance. Everything was very fast, and I received the money the next morning. Insure your furry ones! Take care of your nerves and their health!

Had to bring my cat to the vet as he was not feeling well. I filled out my form on Embrace for payment. It was quick and easy and I received my payment in less than a week. I love Embrace!!

Good Experience for a Bad Experience
All 3 of my dogs on your insurance were sick with some stomach virus or something so I was at the emergency vet or regular vet 9 times in a 4 week span with different dogs. I have not had the chance to go over all of the details but I trust what I received in payment, it seems correct without going through everything. The process was easy, I tried waiting until the dogs were stable before submitting my paperwork because of all of the back and forth. I had to submit each claim separately anyway so next time I'll submit as I go. It did take a week or more before my claim was looked at which was not an issue for me. Once it was reviewed, payment came very quickly. Overall I'm really happy but again, I've not gone over the details but I'm pretty sure all is good. THANK YOU!

Life Savers!
My experience with PetEmbrace has been amazing! They have been there when I have needed them most and they have been very reliable. The only downside to using this insurance is having to pay out pocket first but they are pretty quick with the reimbursement so its a win. I have personally called their customer service and I felt very welcome and they help me with any issues I had. I think the price is very good for 2 pets covered with the comprehensive and illness plan.
