The people are great
The people are great, but the product itself is SO confusing. Why when I submit claims is there not more detailed information on the payment or linking it back to receipts. Its insanely confusing especially compared to how we get receipts at the vet.

Customer for 15 years and I am grateful for Trupanion’s coverage. I have two cats that I adopted 14-15 years ago and covered them from day 1 with Trupanion pet insurance. Trupanion has given me peace of mind during multiple medical emergencies. Their claim submission process is simple and fast. I have seen their processes improve year over year and it shows how committed they are to continuous improvement. They are a 5+ star company in every way.

Couldn’t have been an easier process!
We’ve had Trupanion for our pet insurance since we got our dog 8 years ago and never actually needed to file a claim until this past month. I wasn’t entirely sure what the process would be like but was pleasantly surprised to find it very easy to file a claim, get it reviewed and paid out. Such a weight off our shoulders!
