I want to sincerely thank Embrace for making a very stressful time much more manageable. My dog became extremely ill and had to be hospitalized, and the last thing I needed was a complicated claims process. Thankfully, submitting my claim was quick and easy. Every time I contacted customer service, they were polite, helpful, and took the time to answer all of my questions. My claim was processed and paid promptly, which lifted a huge financial burden off our shoulders and allowed us to focus on what mattered most—helping my dog recover. Thank you Embrace!

Horrible. The customer service on the phone is pleasant and helpful. I specifically took screenshots of every steps I did when insuring my dog. Later when I logged in, I see they have changed the DOB and said she is not neutered. When I called, customer service was pleasant and said she has to pass it to another department. I got an email back that they can’t change DOB. Although the difference between what actual Birthday and what they had put on her records was 3 months.
