Spot is a great choice all the way around!
Spot has been a great insurance for our dog Hux, a Britany. This is the first time we have gotten pet insurance for our pets, but being a veterinarian for over 25 yrs, I’ve dealt with just about every pet insurance out there and I can tell you, none are as easy as spot. The app is great, easy to submit things, they are clear in providing a detailed explanation of what was covered and how much. They are quick to reimburse and customer service is friendly and responsive. Great job Spot!

So many problems since the company was bought out
Charged two times this month for premiums. Customer service is impossible to contact, with wait times > 1 hour if you can get through, and expect to get cut off a number of times. In the past 6-12 months, they have stopped paying the exact same claims that had been paid. I am truly beyond frustrated with what has become of a good pet insurance company.

I would not recommend this insurance company to anyone. For them, it’s purely a business. They don’t care about your situation and show no compassion if something happens to your pet.
