Asked about an invoice and the agent…
Asked about an invoice and the agent was difficult to deal with and they told me the wrong information. The invoice was never acknowledged and it was not waiting to be processed. I called next business day and spoke to a different agent on the phone and I was told to resubmit the invoice.

MetLife has been horrible to deal with
MetLife has been horrible to deal with, terrible communication, denied valid claims and then forced me to make hours of phone calls with MetLife, my vet, my old insurance provider etc even though MetLife told me that my coverage had a provision that waived any sort of pre-existing conditions limitations, yet then MetLife forced me to call my old pet insurance, get all of their old notes, all of their EOBs and send them to MetLife? And denied emergency care as "routine" multiple times and then when you call them you have to explain yourself three times, sit on the phone for an hour, just to be told that YOU as the CUSTOMER have to go scrounge up a bunch of medical records and EOBs on MetLife behalf because they refuse to do their own labor? If I knew ahead of time how horrible working with MetLife was I would have stayed with Embrace. Embrace is great! If you are reading this review, please DO NOT USE METLIFE
