ive used nationwide insurance for my pets for 9 years support system is easy filing claims are easy and speedy we lost a pet a few weeks ago they wre very sympathetic and reimbursed us for his plan 3 weeks later I enrolled our new puppy the agent lead me through everything so I could understand easily we also went over our other dog i have 2 snd discount is great with 2 dogs we researched other options this time around and nothing came close to nationwide

So easy to use. I had to call a representative to ask a question because I was confused, and the person I spoke with was incredibly helpful. It is really easy to submit a claim. The turnaround time is very quick, and I love having the direct deposit option forpayment. Keep up the good work.

This is the best insurance I have found for my dog Luna. They have been clear and transparent with all of their claims, refunds, and payments. A customer service team have great customer service skills, and have answered all of my questions. I wish I had found this for my other dogs sooner..
