I had an issue with billing. When I called the company about this issue, I spoke with Brad who immediately researched and discovered that the vet bill was coded wrong. I have since receiveda refund.

Murphy's Heart condition
I have a goldendoodle and decided early on to get Pet Insurance through Pets Best. It was one of the best decisions we have ever made. A year later, Murphy was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and needed an operation, and on monthly medication. Pets Best Insurance has been a godsend b/c if it were not for them, our pet medical bill would be overwhelming. Pets Best has been a pleasure to work with.

Not Like You Used To Be
Ever since your ‘new’ system was installed, things have gone downhill. The wait time for claims & phone calls has been awful. Prices are out of control too. I’ve had to remove a few things from my dogs policy just so I can afford the premiums. Pretty soon it won’t make a difference if I have pet insurance at all, and trust me I’ve seriously thought about dropping it. We never get a break but we still have to pay the high monthly premiums. How about thinking of us, the customer for once?

This is a joke I’ve paid for this insurance for both my dogs for two years yet when I turn in a claim one time for them they don’t pay out what they say they would and I’ve still seen nothing . Now I try to cancel and they will not even cancel plan. I think it’s nothing but a rip off

Eric was so friendly!
Eric was so friendly!! Eric was a huge help and was so knowledgeable. I had a little bit of trouble signing both of my kitties up for some great coverage online so I figured as a last ditch effort I'd give the customer support line a call. Eric and I worked through getting my little gal covered, he verified that my little guy was already signed up, and we even had a nice chat about how my kitties got their unique names. Genuinely so wonderful to talk to, super knowledgeable, and we breezed right through it. SO excited to start working with Nationwide!!
