Quick, no hassle claim reimbursement.

tl;dr, Healthy Paws completed the claim and covered my little dog's surgery within 24 hours of filing. No hassle, just a quick and easy reimbursement. I've been a customer for about 12 years and this is the first time I've filed a claim for reimbursement. I'm very pleased with the responsiveness and the service I received.

Easy and helpful

I have been paying insurance for 6 years and the first time I need it ... They pay nothing. It is a joke. I submitted over $1300.00 in bills and they approved ZERO that's right nothing!

This is the first time I’ve had to use…

This is the first time I’ve had to use Trupanion. I brought my cat to my vet and the same day had to bring her to the hospital. I submitted both invoices the next day. They sent me 2 checks the next week. I called them with questions. They were wonderful explaining everything to me.
