Everyone I spoke to was very knowledgeable about the situation and circumstances in adding a new pet to the family and getting him covered by insurance. We have so far been impressed by the coverage and ease of claims with our other pets. It was a no brainer to continue these services. This is our first time having Pet…
This is our first time having Pet insurance for our dog. She adopted Skyla from the Humane Society last July and they recommended it. Skyla had her first dental cleaning in February and needed 6 teeth removed due to lose of bone in the front. I submitted the procedure report and bills to Fetch and they covered $600 of the $1300 bill. We are very happy since we are retired on fixed income. Very happy with response. Linda Henninger

MetLife’s claim insurance is easy to navigate and takes less than 5 minutes to submit. MetLife is true to their promise of reviewing the claim in 3-5 business days and is very responsive. My claims have always been reviewed and closed within the timeframe promised. Thank you, MetLife!!

COMPANY FEELS LIKE THEY'RE SCAMMING YOU.
Awful customer service. They deny your claim. Then you call and they go 'oh that was just an automated denial' It's like no human actually reads your claims. It's just scanned. So if you have them you HAVE to call them. Meanwhile my other dog insured by another company sends us a check immediately.

We had another pet insurance company that was horrible. So happy we changed to Pets Best. The claim process is very easy and the response time is swift. I Love this company.
Slow and often unwilling to process claims. Difficult to get help
I recently switched from another insurer. I have found pets best to be very slow and unwilling to process claims. They will close out your claim and not pay it if they do not receive the medical records. It is very difficult to get someone on the phone to help. Other pet insurers will not insist on so much documentation to process claims and are easier to reach by phone and email. Look else where, this is not a well run insurance.
