Reliable pet Insurance
My 7 year old rescue has of late had 2 serious issues that necessitated surgery. I opted to receive 80% reimbursement when I contracted with Pets Best. They reimbursed the correct amount to my bank in a fair amount of time. Over the years, other insurers have drawn out the process or just didn’t do as they promised. I am very pleased with Pets Best Insurance

Quick and easy from start to finish! Cancelled with a competitor who charged us 10x what you do and even hung up on us while we called for assistance. Should have gone with Nationwide from day 1. Thank you!!

Basically another insurance company who…
Basically another insurance company who says they do X and they don’t. I’ve gotten the run around. They keep denying all my claims towards my deductible. It’s been a waste of money. I have yet to be able to use it. My dog had sustained an injury and it wasn’t a current preexisting problem and they denied it. May as well save the money towards whatever happens. I haven’t had a good experience at all with these people! I would look for other companies out there that are better. I maintain my review. Happy to share any info with whoever needs it. As soon as I have time to hold I will be canceling my insurance with them.

This service is horrible..I can't never get threw to anyone about my claim and I'll never refer you people to anyone..how you never get in contact with nobody but I pay my plan bill every month..everybody these people are a scam

Great customer service and their app is better than any other insurance app!
Their app rocks! Easy UI despite it being outdated! I was able to submit my documents to get my claim processed easily. The whole process was quick, the explanation was concise and clear! MetLife makes having pet insurance less stressful!
