Murphy

Murphy was treated at the emergency vet, they all were very friendy, and explained everything, I did not feel pressured in having tests done or not done. If I didn’t have Pets Best insurance, I still would be paying The vet bill off. Thanks for making Murphy safe

SPOT PET INSURANCE IS THE BEST

I am so thrilled that I selected Spot Pet Insurance last year when I reviewed many different companies. I recently had a claim and was so very impressed with the outstanding level of customer service/support and how effortless filing my claim was. It was a very stressful time as I had not only visited my regular vet but an emergency clinic a couple of days later when my regular vet's office was closed. The process for filing a claim was very straightforward and most amazing was how quickly my claim was processed. From the time I submitted my claim until I received reimbursement was only one week! This was so amazing and all terms of my policy were met. Without a doubt I made the right selection and so very pleased with Spot Pet Insurance. I highly recommend them.

I’ve been with them since I adopted my…

I’ve been with them since I adopted my dog I believe now 3yrs ago. For the most part he’s been healthy except for a couple times when he got into a coffee pod which required an emergency vet visit which was quite expensive I met the deductible and they paid quickly. Their customer people have always been very friendly and helpful. I did have to lower my reimbursement rate due to the higher rate increase. I do like the wellness policy as it covers all his vaccinations and even his dental chews. I know what to expect from Embrace and will keep them.

Consider a different company

The customer care is beyond awful! I have written over 10 times asking for help with no reply, other than we try to respond to all emails within 10 days. I have received emails that ask for missing information-they don’t say what is missing, claims denied because there wasn’t enough information on a previous claim. I had HP for my dog Tucker who passed in 2024. Never had one bad experience. Recommended them to many people. Now I am looking for a different company. This was prior to CHUBB buying them. Run around is what you get. They don’t make it easy. Used to be send a photo of the bill-done. Now, something is always wrong with the info sent. Explore other options! I am checking out Pumpkin.
