AVOID AT ALL COSTS
If I could sign up with any other provider I would. However, Pers Best decided that, due to a clerical error on the part of the vet, our cats asthma was “pre-existing” because it was diagnosed one day before their arbitrary waiting period - which again was a documented mistake. Let’s best doesn’t care, they see dollar signs and will stick you with every single bill the possibly can. Claim for teeth cleaning with anesthesia? NOPE you didn’t have it done within 13 months. Teeth cleaning within 13 months? NOPE uhh… here’s a new reason we made up. Ive had to report let’s best to the BBB and my states DOI more than once. I genuinely want the worst for their administration.

I guess I would try to make potential customers understand that most things are not covered - that this insurance is for major illnesses in your pet - and for that you are fabulous!

Highly recommend! Especially through Costco
We purchased Figo pet insurance using our Costco benefit and highly recommend them. Figo has had our back throughout our dog's life! They are super responsive and always helpful when I have questions regarding our policy! They honor their policies and are usually quick to process our claims. We have been very happy with them :)
