Happy with Fetch

My little 6 lb Yorkie wouldn’t eat for 4 days, took to vets 3 x’s and ended up at the hospital. Per my contract, they paid their share. Very happy with the way it was handled. Thank you Fetch.

Highly Recommend MetLife Pet Insurance

MetLife Pet Insurance was quick with the review and payment. There was one oversight, but once identified, they were quick to correct the issue. Excellent customer service. Very happy with them and highly recommend them if you have a pet.

Great customer service

Great customer service. We had Nationwide on a prior 4 legged child and loved it. So when we were adopted by our new baby we obviously signed her up with nationwide again.

Emergency Triage Denied as 'Office Visits' – Flawed Appeal Process

I am writing this to warn other pet owners about how Pets Best handles emergency claims. My dog, Maddox, required life-saving emergency care, yet the company denied reimbursement for mandatory 'Emergency Triage' and 'Specialty Transfer' fees. They are misclassifying these critical clinical requirements as elective 'office visits.' I followed their protocols and filed a formal internal appeal, which was denied on March 11, 2026. Despite providing evidence that these were clinical prerequisites for life-saving diagnostics, the appeal was a 'rubber stamp' rejection. Furthermore, my account still has unresolved discrepancies regarding diagnostic shipping fees that have yet to be addressed. It is frustrating to have to fight for coverage that is clearly medically necessary. Very disappointed.

Sour Lemonade

I would not recommend Lemonade insurance. In my estimation they have made everything very difficult in terms of accepting basic claims. Their customer service is good if you like rejection. I feel like I wasted my money with this insurance company.
