Met Life is one of the few businesses that does it right in efficiency, customer service and being cost effective. I cannot say enough good about this company. It is the one thing that is exceptional in maneuvering around the current day vet care and exorbitant fees. Pet owners just want to take care of their charges on four legs and it is now very difficult if not impossible to do, When I call I receive the BEST customer service which makes me calm after paying a vet bill that is the same cost as a used car.
