Feedback foe Spot

Very please with the last claim processes after our dog had allergy testing. They reimbursed a good portion which was a huge stress reliever and testing was necessary as our pup is allergic to many things. Have been disappointed however, with reimbursement for other things like preventive. Vets charge almost $60 now for a visit but spot only reimburses $20 so that really "isnt" 80% reimbursement as they claim it to be. Their turn around time on claims is pretty quick, usually within a week so happy there as well

Fetch gave me piece of mind

Fetch gave me piece of mind. The whole claim process was easy and allowed me to focus on my puppy. After uploading my bills they reached out to my vet for supporting docs and kept me apprised of status. I'm glad I made the switch to Fetch pet insurance.
