I’ve tried several pet insurance companies over the years, but none really felt right so I kept changing. After doing some research a few years ago, I decided to go with Spot and I’m really glad I did. One thing that stood out was their willingness to cover older pets, which isn’t easy to find. Overall, their plans, pricing, coverage, and customer service have been great, and I’ve been very satisfied with my experience so far.

I will change insurance company
Your company is extremely unprofessional. Not only are claims processed very slowly, but there are always excuses for why I don’t receive reimbursement—even when the policy clearly states that I should. In my previous two claims, I was repeatedly told that documents were missing, despite both myself and my dog’s veterinarian submitting everything required. This pattern of disorganization and excuses makes it feel like your company is intentionally avoiding approvals. On top of that, your recent internal changes have made it nearly impossible to contact customer service. My calls are never returned, and reaching support is frustrating. I will be switching to another insurance provider as soon as possible. I am completely exhausted with the claims process and dealing with your company.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this company. I faithfully paid monthly premiums for months, and when I needed coverage for my dog’s surgery, they denied my claim without justification. I wish I could put Zero Stars.

Thank you for being there in our time of need. So thankful that my vet processed claim for us. We still have a way to go with a ophthalmologist and I hope it will be easy to process my claim by myself. I'll need your help. Ty again for checking up on my pet after his appt. Very Pleased
We have had PB insurance for over 3yrs. Our experience has always been positive with the normal yearly checkups etc. Sometimes payment took a couple weeks but that is still way faster than human insurance. I was hesitant on some recent large medical claims for my dog who had to have some major expensive testing done to try an diagnose some health stuff. I wondered if they would get bogged down in the system and questioned for every line and every penny spent to try and avoid paying. I was so glad that it went so smooth with PB. I had met my deductible and they paid my 80/20 with no issues on the $6000 claim. Very very pleased with PB insurance.
