Pumpkin has been a lifesaver for us
Pumpkin has been a lifesaver for us. We’ve needed it through knee surgeries, eye surgeries, and now a terminal osteosarcoma on her skull. They have reimbursed us quickly, often on the day of submitting the invoice. Anytime I had questions, they were there with kindness and made sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend them. Only thing is that out monthly payment increased substantially over the years but I’m pretty sure that’s insurance as a whole.

This is a wonderful awesome non scary insurance. I am reimbursing quickly,they explain Everything . I can call Ans speak with someone anytime, they are knowledgeable and can answer questions completely. My dog needed orthopedic surgery, without it he wouldn’t have been able to walk again. The coverage was great, he was able to get the care he needed,the rehab to follow. I have recommended it to people in the vets waiting room, my dog loving family members, strangers on the street. Peace of mind for you!
We have had peace of mind over the past 11 years knowing that our cats were insurance. It has been a while since I filed a claim and I needed help. So of course I try the Chat widget and was surprised to find it manned by a real person. He said to file prescription claims even if I was not sure. It was great. They are paying $82 of $92 Solensia shot that our oldest cat gets. Customer service was great.

Disappointed with our intake call
Disappointed with our intake call. We were not aware coverage would NOT back date to initial call date - and the initial wellness visit would not be covered that you all required to cover our pet. Now our pet has preexisting and has NEVER had any issues in the past. I would have waited to cancel prior coverage had I known. Supper disappointed, was considering offering as a benefit to our 2,800 employees but after this, decided not to. As the Director of Total Rewards of a large employer, it's experiences such as these that count as first impressions. Kari Alls
