I am highly disappointed with the business practises of this insurance. They grossly miss represent the coverages and will not stand behind the mistakes. Even though I have not been able to use my insurance for anything that was clearly stated. I had a refusal of the refund on top of a very rude supervisor named Michelle. Now I get the fun of waiting 5 to 7 business days for a manager to get back to me. Avoid this insurance at all cost. It will only cost you more money at the end of the day and cause you more unnecessary stress if you were depending on this for financial assistance.

I had Amber to the emergency vet late…
I had Amber to the emergency vet late at night and they put the claim through to Trupanion and Trupanion had someone there and paid the claim before I left the vet. Truly great service.

I can't log into my account
I can't log into my account. I have called and still the IT dept hasn't fix it. I get "403 Forbidden Microsoft-Azure-Application-Gateway/v2" code. Plus it takes up to 25 days to process claims. If they don't get their act together I'm going somewhere else.
