Sociopathic company
When you submit a claim with Healthy Paws, they will waste your time as much as possible in hopes that you will give up on the claim so that they can deny it. Each representative tells you something different, ensuring that you have no idea what is going on or how claims are being processed. At best, this company is weaponizing its incompetence. At worst, they are sociopaths, using your pet's health to extract as much money from you without paying out claims. If you need pet health insurance, stay away from Healthy Paws.

Explored policy coverage changes
We contacted the company to change the limits of our policy (coverage amount, deductible amount and reimbursement rate) to make the policy more affordable for us now that we are retired. I would like to suggest higher annual coverage amounts if you do not select 'unlimited' coverage but would like an option greater than $25K. Perhaps $50K. Outstanding customer service from the representative from Fetch.

I’ve had Embrace pet insurance for a…
I’ve had Embrace pet insurance for a few years now and the reimbursement time was really good after all information was gathered. I had to downgrade to a lesser level due to my financial circumstances. The customer service agent was very helpful in helping me choose plus he explained the alternate process so my kitties wouldn’t have to go uninsured. I really appreciate that.
