I give a 4star review . Why? 1. I was not able to pay online for the new pet add. 2. I had to call customer service and was able to be connected with the right person from the 3 attempt - only because your phone system has issues - they transferred my request to the person but ivr asked me to complete the survey and the call was dropped. Second attempt - poor phone connection, I could not hear the employee. Third attempt was successful - Nadine Van Ness provided me with great support. I give her 10 star review. 3. You do not have bundle options for 2 or more pets(

MetLife Pet Insurance is Awesome

MetLife Pet Insurance is awesome! They are so quick to pay out the reimbursement as long as you provide the correct required documents (which they outline in great detail in the submission form)! Great pet insurance for our favorite four-legged buddy! And the few times I have had to call customer service they were very professional and quick to find resolution. Highly recommend!

Extremely disappointed that my policies…

Extremely disappointed that my policies were cancelled due to a credit card change and I didn’t receive a single email warning me. Customer service was not helpful or empathetic towards the situation whatsoever. Now my 11 year old dog who has had health insurance for years can’t be fully covered.

When you call with questions you get to talk to a real person. The website is very easy to navigate and it is easy to submit a claim. They are professional, polite, and friendly. They inform you of what they paid, and what was declined with an explanation.
