I have had Embrace Pet Insurance for about a year and a half. The first few claims went quickly. They were routine vet visits. Then comes December of this year and I need to cover the TPLO surgery. I send them the office visit claim, as well as the heads up for the surgery. Now they need more information, they don’t have the 1 year prior history….even though they had received that upon signing up for insurance. This claim as well as the actual surgery claim is still on hold for more health records. I made sure to call them because they were not specific about which Vet was not complying with their request. So, I went to that office and made sure the records were sent immediately, with me cc’d. They did comply. Now I am still waiting, no updates, just waiting. There updates are not something valuable, because it’s just an automatic email response . Not happy so far.

You need pet insurance!
Our pup was diagnosed with IVDD in April of 2025 followed by IMPA in November. The medical journey he has been on would be unmanageable without pet insurance. HealthyPaws has paid out more than $50k dollars for my pet alone in 2025. My claims were processed quickly and without issue. I cannot recommend HealthPaws enough. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SAVING MY BOY

Customer service is quick and helpful! We tried going through Costco or Sam's Club to lower rates, but since we are prior/current customers our rates would have gone way up. Each time we get a pet, we get them covered w/ Embrace.
