Exactly as we hoped it would be

Very happy with Spot. My kitty began coughing and breathing oddly and we took him to the vet. After further testing he was diagnosed with Asthma. We submitted invoices to Spot and after our deductible everything has been reimbursed at the rate specified, no questions asked and reimbursement sent in less than a week.

Ask for Carla!

It was incredibly stressful for me to make a decision of which company and then which choice of plan. Carla was outstanding in how she handled the experience to help me choose what I was really comfortable with. Not to mention fetch appears to have the most inclusive coverage with several added goodies. Carla was most knowledgeable about insurance companies and was very talented in dealing with customers, namely Me!!!

I love spot

I love spot, my dog has been with them for 2 to 3 years now, they cover vaccines and everything, easy to talk to them, turn around time for the claim is 2-5 days. And my favorite I have a vet who I can text anytime I have questions.

My representative

My representative, Stephanie, wakes me through the whole process in helping me choose my policy, as I had a lot of questions. She texted me and I replied. She called me to assist in getting the right policy , as I mentioned that the “bone” on the policy screen was continuing to rotate, even after refreshing my screen. She was very personable.

Mostly satisfied and I do recommend.

I have been using Metlife for my 2 dogs for about 2 years. I am generally satisfied with their coverage. One of the problems that I have had is their computer generated emails that my claim has been denied. I end up having to call and have them re-process the claim. This has happened on several occasions and has been my biggest gripe. Use real customer service, NOT the computer. So much is lost in the way of this, and it is so time consuming and aggravating being denied, when I know what claims are covered. Besides that, I would recommend them and it gives me peace of mind to know that most of my claims are reimbursed.
