Financial Support When You Need It
"I had PetsBest Insurance for a couple years before needing to file a claim. When I filed the claim everything was processed and paid quickly. Insurance of any kind is one you have in hopes to not really use it and then when you have to you hope it will pay out like you thought. I would recommend PetsBest to anyone. "

I have had Pets Best Insurance for the last 25 years for my dogs. I have always been impressed with the ease, communication with claim and the response time of Pets Best Insurance. As long as I have dogs, I will have Pets Best!!!
Pets Best Gets The Job Done
Insurance is only as good as when you need to use it, and Pets Best has proven to be invaluable. I've had pet insurance from them for 8 years with three different dogs, and they are easy to work with and quick at reimbursement. Furthermore, Whiskerdocs is a great resource which Pets Best provides for free. It's a 24/7 service whereby you can call and get advice and information about your pets, especially when you. They are knowledgeable and they also follow up.

I wish human medical claims experience was 1/2 as good as MetLife Pet
I have 3 cats (1 old and 2 middle-aged) and every one of my claims experiences with MetLife Pet has been easy: there is acknowledgement and follow-up, documentation is clear and understandable, and every interaction is timely, professional, and courteous. If I had 1/2 this level of service from my own medical insurer, I would be thrilled. What does and doesn't get paid, is clear, and clearly reflects the policy terms for which is signed up.

Thankful for Healthy Pets
This is the second time in two years that our dog has needed a major surgery. First he had a spinal surgery, and recently knee surgery. If it weren’t for Healthy Paws insurance (that we’ve had since we first got Murphy) we would never have been able to afford to give him the care he needed. I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you Healthy Paws. Also, submitting claims is so easy and every time I’ve been refunded within a few days.

Pet’s Best
Good company, always pay the claims, but the processing time was horrible. It was six weeks from the beginning of the claim until I got paid. However, that has recently improved within the last several months and things are going pretty quick. I’m not sure what changed, but it has been a big improvement in processing claims time
Pet's Best makes Pet insurance worthwhile & easy
We've had Pet's Best Insurance for our last 2 Labs. They are great to deal with. Our current Black Lab is healthy and we've only had a few claims, which were easy (as you would expect). Our Chocolate Lad was diagnosed with Epilepsy at 2 yrs old. Then contracted a rare form of cancer at age 5. He put up a valiant 2 yr fight but ultimately succumbed. But having Pet's Best insurance made things so much easier by making the financial burden manageable. Not o mention they ALWAYS paid. No questions asked, unlike my human medical insurance! Pet's Best is A++++++ in my book!
