Healthy Paws Per Insurance Review
I have been a part of Healthy Paws insurance for approximately four years. I’ve submitted numerous claims to them where some needed additional information and others did not. They are great at explaining why it’s being approved or what isn’t being approved and for the most part most of my claims were approved After the deductible was completed. I found them to be very responsive and they expedite the check very quickly once the claim is approved. I find them to be more than satisfactory and handling my pets insurance needs. I would recommend them and I have recommended them to others looking for pet insurance.

We have used Pets Best to insure our beloved fur babies for years now. they have come through for us on more than one occasion and for more than one pet. From cancer diagnosis and treatment to illness. They have stepped up to the plate and made sure we could provide the best for our furry family.

Better Than Human Insurance!
Pets Best has been an excellent insurance company! We took my 2 year old dog for his yearly wellness check which included bloodwork & a vaccination. The visit came to $231.55. I filed a claim online with Pets Best, so quick & easy. They kept me in the loop via email and responded with an approval literally a day later. We got 183.33 back in a week deposited into our bank account! No hassles, no problems, very efficient and our visit ended up being only $47!!! I HIGHLY recommend Pets Best Insurance Company to anyone with a pet!
Disappointed
I signed up for coverage for both of my dogs and ended up taking my husky in because he was limping. We saw the veterinarian who diagnosed him with an injury which was new. I sent in my claim and it was denied. No reason whatsoever for it to be denied as that was his initial visit for trying to figure out what was wrong with him.

Pets Best has helped me pay for Remy's expenses at the vet. Im so thankful to have them as my pets insurance. Remy got FIP out of nowhere and became very sick because of it and the insurance has helped me so much with vet visits, medication and even getting her an MRI.

The app makes everything easy. Loading my records and submitting a claim was fast! All the items I expected were paid accurately and timely! We had no issues at all. The staus was updated and the the payment came quickly!
