Hello, I have MetLife Pet Insurance for over a Year now, for my 3 Jack Russell's, I have nothing but good experiences with MetLife Insurance, the first year we got Odie and Koba( puppies), all claims were reimbursed almost $5000 the first years, was quick and easy and YES they made ask for Vet Notes with is no big deal Vet will provided it for you. I will definitely recommend this Pet Insurance to Pet Owners

Claim
Claims are easy to make and response time is usually the same or the next day. Claim is resolved and paid within 10 days. The staff is very cordial and knowledgeable as well.
Horrible Experience
The worst experience I've ever had with a company. After being a 10 year loyal customer to 24PetWatch - they moved my account without my approval to Hartville who then debited my account without my approval for over $3,900, more than 6x what I had been paying. They then refused to return the full amount to me. Completely unethical.

Easy and fast reimbursement!
Thanks to Pets Best, I could quickly and easily book my dog's TPLO surgery without having to worry about being able to pay for it. I had opted for higher coverage this year and am so glad I got it. Pets Best responded quickly to my claim and reimbursed within days after receiving the medical records.

Great Pet Insurance!
New to the pet insurance industry last year, I compared several companies. I chose Pets Best and could not be happier. Their claim process can easily be done on my phone and payments after my deductible are very prompt. Highly recommend!

I am very disappointed in the amount of time it took to address my claim, 3 months. While not expecting my claim to reach my $250 deductible I was expecting the amount to be applied to my deductible. I will not renew my policy once my year is expired. I had much better service with Nationwide Pet insurance and only left due to the premium. Once again, you get what you pay for...
Pleasantly Surprised
I hear a lot of nightmare stories about insurance companies not accepting claims due to “previously existing conditions” so I was stressed out worrying that they wouldn’t accept my claim for investigating my dog’s urinary incontinence problem. I have previously had claims denied for UTI treatment since she’s had UTI issues in the past. I was concerned they would consider this related to that issue and deny the claim. However, they were able to see that it was a separate condition without further effort on my part and accepted my claim. I was very relieved to get the news because I have been on the fence about whether or not pet insurance is worth it. I have more confidence now, for future issues, that Pet’s Best will have my back.
