Great service
I just wanted to take the time to say thank you and praise the service that you gave us during the very stressful claim due to an unfortunate accident with our young Pappy, Gracie. This is the first time we ever had pet insurance though we have obviously had those other types of insurance and I can only say that if every company treated their clients with the care, respect and service that you do then the world would be a better place. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts From Nick and Roxy Hughes and especially from Gracie who is fast on the road to recovery

Fast, efficient service that is very easy to understand
The online claims process is very easy to follow and quick to fill in. Pets Best send emails to keep you updated on the progress of your claim (which doesn't usually take more than a few days for them to complete). When I have had bills from multiple vets for the same illness I have only ever had to submit one claim with all the bills attached, Pets Best do all the work splitting into multiple claims - which is great because it can get confusing and I am worried I will miss something if I try to split out the paperwork myself!

Beneficial but timely
After adopting two 6 year old dogs earlier this year and taking them to their initial vet / vaccine visit, I was recommended to take them in for dental work. In April I took them in for their dental visit where they needed teeth extracted. I submitted my claim just a few days later. After a couple weeks I was asked to submit more paperwork on my dogs to verify their vet visit - which put the claim into a 30 day review. After the 30 days went by I still had to follow up with more phone calls. It took 2 and a half months to get the claim completed.

Our active rescue seems to be accident prone. So I have actually going through the claim process multiple times. Its so quick and easy to use. If all insurance could be like this!

Fantastic service, quick claim resolution
Our Persian cat Cassandra went through a series of tests and treatments totaling $3,200, only to be told she had "feline idiopathic cystitis". 'Idiopathic' means the cause is unknown. Although the diagnosis was frustrating, it was so comforting to know ASPCA was there to help us through this crisis. We never would have been able to afford all of the tests to rule out more serious problems. We have had ASPCA for Cassandra since she was a kitten and every claim has been processed quickly and efficiently. Several friends and family members have taken our advice and now have ASPSA insurance for their pets.

Wish this had been around for all my others!!
We have had such great service with Nationwide for our pets! I wish that the service had been available years ago for other pets as well!! So easy to put in a claim and any dealings we have had to do over the phone (for questions, etc.) have been fantastic as well.

Comforting to know Bonito can receive care she needs. Website could use an upgrade
Once received, the claim processing went smoothly. The website could use an upgrade to be more user-friendly and allow submission of claims without requiring documents to be printed first, then completed, scanned and e-mailed for processing. Navigation on the site is a little confusing. Overall, a good experience.

Trupanion has always provided excellent service.
I purchased insurance for all three of our dogs, and they have went above and beyond in times of crisis to call and reassure us,. They have been upfront and honest about the coverage, and we sure are thankful that we purchased the insurance. I would recommend that everyone who gets a new pet, purchase the insurance.
