Trupanion is hands down the best
I have owned 4 dogs and have dealt with multiple pet insurance companies. Trupanion is hands down the best. I always know upfront what we can expect back for a claim and everything is straight forward. Not having a cap placed on a health condition has been a godsend!

I put in my claims and got an automatic email that Trupanion received my claims. It took about a week for Trupanion to accept the claims and again I got an email stating that the money will be reimbursed in 5-7 days. It took less than 3 weeks for Trupanion to review my claims and reimburse the 90% back into my checking account. The total amount I spent on my dog for surgery including deductible was less than $2500, which is better than $8,000 +. I am so happy with their customer service. Putting in this claim was a breeze because the representative on the phone answered all of my questions. thank you Trupanion!

Didn't know about Pet Insurance Review when we were looking but we love our choice. We've been with Nationwide Pet insurance since our baby was a baby. They've never been a hassle to deal with. Everything is automated and they've covered everything from emergency services to prescriptions. We've hit no exclusions from the services.
