Glad I have Nation wide Pet insurance!
I am so happy someone suggested I try Nation wide for my puppy. Unfortunately my dog has had a few things happen in her first year and I was so happy I got reimbursed for some of her health issues. I am thrilled with the app you can use for submitting claims and I am impressed with the turn around time for reimbursement. I would highly recommend this pet insurance company.

Thorough assessment and great outcome
We had a complicated medical issue with our puppy, but it was easy to submit multiple receipts and medical records online. It takes a couple of weeks to process, but they do a thorough review and it’s easy to track progress. We were able to recoup much of our medical expenses, which was a tremendous help. We value knowing that we can make medical decisions in the best interest of our pet and not just based on cost. The puppy is doing great. Would highly recommend.

Great when you need it
Anytime, I call, for anything the staff are so knowledgeable, caring and go above and beyond to look up information and advised you on the coverage. The company itself is set up nicely and I will be waiting on the benefits and give a new review after I submit a condition that we just encountered. More on this later.

Overall, very happy with the way things turned out.
In May of 2017 our dog Mickey was diagnosed as having a five and a half pound tumor in his stomach. Emergency surgery was needed to correct the situation. If not for having the policy that we have on Mickey he would not be here today. Very happy with most response times, but sometimes it takes a little longer to process claims. Sometimes our fault. Overall, very happy with the way things turned out. Mickey has been cancer free for just over a year now Thank you very much.
