The customer service representatives at Trupanion are very kind and helpful. I called a few times with questions concerning my policy and how I could file a claim and every time the customer service representative provided me with helpful answers while also showing care for my pet by asking for updates on her condition. I would most definitely recommend Trupanion to my family and friends.

My claims are handled quickly
My claims are handled quickly and efficiently. My only problem is some claims don t go through even if I send them a few times. Not sure if they don t get them, they aren't t going to pay for that claim or what. Would be nice to know.

Our dog Kiera contracted a rare fungal infiltration of her lymph system. It is as very resistant to treatment and she was seen by our local veterinarian as well as specialists at the Ontario Veterinary College. Having Trupanion insurance meant that we were able to say yes to treatments offered. We had our lovely girl much longer than had we not had the support of Trupanion. Invoices were promptly acknowledged and payments were received within days. We have recommended Trupanion to friends and family. We just welcomed a new puppy to our home and yes, she is also insured by Trupanion!
