Customer service is excellent
The staff in customer service are excellent and caring. Only reason didn’t give 5 stars is because my monthly premium increased over $100 in a single year. My dog’s insurance is now more expensive than my own. But I will obviously pay for it because he’s worth it. But just feels like insurance companies know this and will take more than they need from pet parents.

I have my three cats insured with MetLife and so far I have only positive feedback for the Company. It is easy to put in claims, if necessary and MetLife is responding to all matters with explanations. Also, it is nice to have professional friendly staff during a phone-call.

Great Customer Service
It is easy to submit a claim to MetLife Pet. Customer Service reps are always friendly and helpful when needed. For the most part claims are quickly reviewed and communication regarding claims is excellent.
