She ensured I had a complete and thorough understanding of my policy and helped me decide on the best coverage for my 12 week old new Maltipoo pup. First of all thrilled to talk to a real person and secondly, their insurance programs for pets are wonderful. Easy to submit claims, takes a couple of minutes and reimbursement occurs within two weeks. The wellness program is a great add-in to our emergency and sick policy allowing for grooming, wellness check-ups, food, etc. a great all-around saver. Love it.

I thank God for PetsBest every day! My poor dog has been so sick and without PetsBest we wouldn't have been able to continue treating her. This is one of the best things I could have ever done for my dog. Highly recommended if you have pets.

Met Life for Cats is total ripoff
I got the accident and injury for all 3 of my cats. You have to fill out the claims yourself with tons of paperwork from the vets. My cat had horrible gums and broken teeth which were never made aware of until I went to the new vet. They are great, put in a claim for 10 teeth being pulled and infected and inflamed gums, claim was denied under pre-existing. $1,900 claim denied. Cancelling today
Embrace is a total scam
Embrace is a total scam. You are better off saving the premium money for when your pet needs to see a vet. Despite having received my vet records for the 12 month pre-policy Embrace is still withholding reimbursement for an emergency vet visit due to an insect bite 6 months ago. They are now requesting vet records from 4 years ago so they can keep hunting to try to find that pre-existing condition to get them out of reimbursing me. Beware.

They don't pay! Worst pet insurance ever!
I have been paying monthly for pet insurance and every time I turn in a vet bill, they argue and don't reimburse as they're supposed to. I'm so upset right now because they have been taking my money every month, but they do not reimburse you! My vet has repeatedly sent them everything they needed, and even talked to them on the phone (8 times). They just kept finding every excuse to not pay. I do not recommend them! There's much better pet insurance out there. Met pet insurance, is a joke!! They owe me over $1,600.00.
