Duke - Our Black Lab Puppy
Duke - Our Black Lab Puppy - Brand New Clients. The website was very easy to work around, very easy to get a quote and tailor that quote to our needs. We did make a call to customer service with some questions and spoke to Rebecca, she was awesome. Took the time to explain the answers to the ??'s we had and if could not answer then, she found the answer and called us back. It took us about 2 weeks later to actually purchase, Rebecca remembered almost everything about us, I was impressed, which tells me something about her but also Prudent Pet Insurance. I know that they are going to Take Care of Duke when he needs to use his insurance. We did get 3 other quotes from other companies & apples to apples, Prudent won hands down in all aspects. I am confident that we will be happy customers that will be more than happy to recommend Prudent Pet Insurance to our Dog friends.

I called embrace regarding additional information that was needed I spoke to a customer representative who answered the call within a minute. She promptly reviewed my submissions and approved three of them while on the Phone and submitted two others to an adjuster. Within 2 days these were also approved. I was very impressed by the pleasantness, efficiency, and knowledge of this representative. ❤️

Easy to sign up, customer service is not good and daily email reminders are pushed to get your pet’s vet records. Had a question immediately after signing up, called customer support and got a recording directing me to leave a message. Left a message, called right back and now a rep answered. Wanted to cancel immediately but the rep assured me that they offered good service and she would call me back Monday (this was on Friday) I was in the middle of speaking with her and got disconnected. No call back and now 7:00 pm on Monday, haven’t heard a thing. I don’t trust that trying to file a claim with this company will be a good experience. Cancelling.

Healthy Paws is the single best pet insurance company
I will never insure another pet with any other pet insurance. Healthy Paws has, over the past 14 years, paid almost every claim within 2 days via direct deposit. No drama, no unnecessary delays, no pre-approval. Just there when we needed it and we really needed it a couple of times for our two dogs. I am so thankful that I've always recommended Healthy Paws to all my friends. My vet uses it and over the past 14 years, we have referred 12 people who also use Healthy Paws. I just love them, their customer service and their coverage.

MetLife Pet Insurance is Outstanding
MetLife Pet insurance has been outstanding! Dog owner for 30 years, this is the first time having pet insurance and will never do without again! MetLife has a user friendly website and an app as well. Easy to submit claims and a quick turnaround for payment reimbursement . We would highly recommend MetLife as I do already to several group pages I’m in for our dogs breed.

Denied claim was re-evaluated and paid
I submitted a claim that clearly stated the reason was Ear infection. Someone decided it was Environmental Allergy and denied it. I chatted online and he said send SOAP notes, which I did. Denied again and, per phone call, now they say it was denied due to a Preexisting condition. I've had insurance with them for more than a year. Are they saying she's had an ear infection that long? Really? Now I have to jump through hoops to appeal?? Unbelievable!! UPDATE: With the assistance of a very nice Customer Experience Rep, we were able to resolve this situation and the claim was paid.
