I always have problems with my claims and you never mention what my problem is. Either I’m missing something or I did something wrong. I only find out what the problem is when I call and question something. The claims department is finally sending me an email even they receive my claim. You make it very difficult to get a refund.

Easy and great customer service
I have had other pet insurance plans and MetLife has had the easiest claims process and reimbursement process. I have also contacted Customer Service and they are very helpful and got my questions answered the first contact. I have suggested MetLife pet insurance to several coworkers. Awesome experience. Streamlined experience, they gave me updates all along the way so I was well informed and knew what I needed to provide to optimize the outcomes. An added bonus was the explanation of the reimbursement at the end to have some clarity as to the money I’d been returned. Great experience!
