Thank you for making insurance for my little bean easier than I thought it would be. I just upload the receipt and I need to check to be sure I have the right one to upload. I goofed and uploaded the same receipt twice instead of the new one in October. But when I get it right you take it from there. Thank you. Getting senior brain I guess

Pets Best used to be superb; not anymore.

Pets Best used to be superb. In the past year, it has tanked, mostly due to its underwriting process. Unsure what exactly changed. The customer service reps do a great job, mostly attributed to having to apologize for the underwriting.
