Super quick turnaround
Although I wasn’t able to upload all claim documents through the app (sizes too large) When I called to ask how to submit the rep was super helpful, sweet and professional. It was such a quick turnaround from submitting to receiving our claim check my husband and I were so shocked. Thank you!

The process for submitting and receiving payment on my claim was very easy, and incredibly quick. The website was easy to navigate and the instructions for submitting a claim were clear and easy to understand. I filed the required information as explained in the claims process. My claim was clearly covered and was reviewed and processed very quickly. This is insurance as it should be, bravo!

Worst customer service and experience
Signed up for a policy a they sent a medical records summary claiming because our puppy swallowed a toy that required no medical intervention l, no future ingestion accidents would be covered. Very rude customer service associates and rude and condescending manager. A dog swallowing a piece of cotton or a toy and it happening again should not be viewed as a pre-existing condition? Puppies swallow things. Before you make a decision Check out pumpkin pet insurance. They pay vet directly and understand accidents happen. With pumpkin if an incident happens after 180 days they will cover the same type of accident. Trupanion comments this issue is concerning but even after speaking with a manager who was rude nothing changed. Seriously know the information before you sign up for a policy.

Beagle back injury
My beagle injured her back while playing ball. We got an estimate of $12,000.00 for her MRI and surgery. I paid for her care with my credit card and submitted a claim to PetsBest. In roughly 3-4 weeks my claim was approved and the funds were deposited in my bank account about a week later. My beagle is 10 years old and we are not wealthy. We had to have a serious conversation about what to do because of the cost of her treatment. Thankfully we made the right choice and PetsBest helped save my beagle from an end we didn't want. I am very happy with PetsBest and would recommend them to anyone.
