Continually denied & wouldn't accept…

Continually denied & wouldn't accept the only records we had for our recently rescued dog. Denied claims with inaccurate statements & reasons. Would strongly recommend not ever using this "scam".

They corrected everything when it wasnt right and answered the phone rather quickly. Great service, amazingly priced i mean this is the best pet insurance policy and pricing and claims are paid out quickly and easily.

I would have given 5 stars but there…

I would have given 5 stars but there was discrepancy with my last claim. I have been getting successful payouts over the past year on Rx food and medications, but all of a sudden they were getting denied because my pets name was not on the invoice when past invoices did not have my pets name on the invoice. Why the change now? I was given no explanation why this changed.

Great rates

I was thinking of buying pet insurance. I shopped around and Found Fetch to be the most reasonable. I still had questions about the policy so I called in. Josh did a great job explaining how the policy works. He answered all of my questions so I purchased the policy for my pet.
