Peace of mind for my pets
I’ve had Pets Best for years, and I’m so thankful I chose them. It’s honestly been one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had. Every time I call, the team is helpful, patient, and answers all my questions. Claims are processed quickly and smoothly, which makes such a difference when you’re focused on your pet’s health. I recommend Pets Best to everyone I know. I even have a young pup at home who’s been insured since he was a puppy, and I’ll continue to insure all my pets with them. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Outstanding service! We’re so thankful for Healthy Paws! It’s such a relief knowing our four-legged baby is truly cared for. We went through multiple emergency visits and many days of hospital stays in a short time, and they covered everything without any hassle. Their support during such a stressful time meant so much to us. The app is also easy to use... submitting invoices and getting reimbursed was effortless. Very prompt response.
My invoices were sent to Spot on the same day and were combined by Spot so that I did not have to send each invoice individually. The response was very prompt, and I am awaiting my refund check. I will do a direct deposit next time. Spot is very easy to deal with, very professional and friendly.
