One of the best decisions Ive made, to insure my pets. A very User friendly APP. Easy claims process. Phone representatives are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Claims are filed, adjudicated and paid within 24-72 hours, of submission. Excellent and expeditious process, beginning to end...

Won't answer phone to cancel. RATES COTINUE TO RISE
They continued to raise my rates to obscene amounts ($85 to $115 to $200 within 2 years, my dog is no 7)...there is no math that makes this worth it. The WORST part is i've been on hold with them to cancel for the past hour and there's no other way to cancel. This is ABSURD. the only good thing is their claims process through the app was easy. But really...policy management would make me never recommend them. It's not worth this headache.

Super pet insurance
I’ve had Pets Best since 2019. I’ve only had one episode that I thought was not fair or correct other than that, they have been very good. I’ve recommended them numerous times to different people. Customer care service is phenomenal. I have never had a bad experience with anyone they’re always very kind, helpful, knowledgeable. I recommend Pets Best to anybody looking for pet insurance.

I have never had pet insurance before, so this is my first experience. I have had nothing but a great experience, fast payment returns, great customer service, and fantastic help by the vet 24/7 hotline. I will continue my insurance with MetLife.

I love Trupanion
I love Trupanion! I have three Siberian Huskies & have had this coverage for 11 years! They have always answered all my questions quickly. When my girlie needed surgery, the responded right away & afterwards paid the clinic within minutes!!! People complaint about the price of their insurance but I believe my rate is very reasonable 💕🐾💕

I had a great experience with MetLife…
I had a great experience with MetLife Pet. My dog had an emergency on a Tuesday, I submitted my claim on Wednesday and by the following Friday my claim was processed and MetLife covered 80%. I appreciate how seamless the process was! You can easily track the status of the claim in the app and the customer service is top notch. I highly recommend this insurance.
