We had our first visit at Bigger Road Veterinary Center on Friday. Our bully had a very infected wound on his face. Dr. Vincent and her technicians were hands down the best veterinary team I have ever encountered. I have had dogs my entire life and this is the best experience I have ever had. We felt welcome from the moment we stepped through the front door. Not only was our boy given the best care but we were also. The environment and care at Bigger Road Veterinary Center was welcoming, homey, calming, and meticulously clean as well. I am so happy to have finally found a wonderful veterinary clinic for my fur babies.

Dr. Goddard always takes wonderful care of my senior Bull Terrier. I will be bring my new foster dogs here as well!

Bigger Road Springboro has been such a gift to our dogs! We switched vets after a bad experience with our old vet and I couldn’t be more grateful. They work with us for our dog who has extreme anxiety in all aspects. They helped us connect with a behavioral trainer to work on her anxiety, tried a few medications until we finally found one that helped, and they are SO kind and patient and accommodating when she has to come in for a visit. Our other dog very much appreciates the time they take when looking him over because he has had terrible experiences at the vet during nail trims, and they understand and work with him. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

I have never seen my cat so calm at the vet! It feels like a spa when you walk in & it’s so calming! They do everything in the room with you & they care so much about the pets! I’m serious, I know most vets love animals but holy cow this place blew me out of the water! They’re professional, they’re nice, my cat loves them. 10/10 recommend going here!!
