I don't know what I would have done…
I don't know what I would have done without Healthy Paws. I have 2 cats with random issues that cost thousands of dollars. Healthy Paws quickly and easily processed my claims, didn't quibble, didn't give me any issues, just sent my reimbursement. I really appreciate not having to stress out about money during an already stressful time. The latest claim was the quickest yet. I had the money in my account within days.

Everyone hates insurance......until you…
Everyone hates insurance......until you need it! I have needed it most recently and have found the claim and processing "process" at Healthy Paws both fast and efficient. Once a dog person always a dog person, and once a Healthy Paws person always a Healthy Paws person. I highly recommend this Company.....until they start tripping over the $'s to pick up the pennies and we all know good companies go that way!

Terrible pet insurance
Terrible pet insurance. Didn't cover anything. I asked my rep on the phone if an X ray and blood test was covered before getting the procedures for my cat because it was $1000+ and she assured me they were. In the end nothing was covered, I cancelled my insurance immediately afterwards.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent customer service with Fetch Pet Insurance I spoke with Amanda today to enroll my new rescue dog, Lily, and had such a great experience. She was incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Amanda answered all of my questions clearly and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. She was cheerful, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire call. Wonderful customer service, thank you, Amanda!

Reliable and trustworthy insurance
They have consistently paid claims promptly and fairly. Customer service is easy to reach and always helpful. A year or so ago I would have given them 5 stars. However, recently they seem to have a machine read the claims I submit and there are always errors. Then, I need to take the time to call them. They do eventually correct the errors.
