Doesn't stick
This is apparently the 2nd time I've had to do this. The first time they returned the $25 to my card. I have gotten absolutely no reason as to why. So this may actually be a duplicate where I now have to deal with dup charges to my cc.

So many options!
I researched so many different options over several weeks--overwhelming. Do I need insurance? Placed call for clarification on effective dates. Was pleased with other options (deducible, limit, coverages, etc). Rebecca answered and immediately, patiently, offered suggestions. She was personal, provided examples, and finalized my search. She is truly wonderful!

All my dogs have been insured by Healthy Paws since 2015. My senior dog is now 12, and my youngest is 1. I had another dog who sadly passed in 2024, but was insured by Healthy Paws for his entire 10 year life. I can't say enough good things about this insurance. They've covered 3 cancer surgeries for my senior dog, as well as her medications for chronic conditions like Cushing's. They cover her monthly Adequan, Librella, and Cytopoint shots. All claims are processed super fast, often in 24-48 hours! Just last week, they covered her ultrasounds and comprehensive bloodwork, part of her twice yearly cancer follow-ups. They covered chemotherapy and immunotherapy for my dog who had lymphoma. Excellent coverage & customer service!!

Great customer service and follow through
So far no hiccups in the signup or claim process. Customer service is quick to respond to correspondence and let me know exactly where we were in each stage of the process. First claim processed within a week. A paper check was mailed due to it being a first claim but will be directly deposited from here on out.

Simple Process; May Need to Retry 1st Time
Enrollment process is simple and well guided. But had issues with website not proceeding when NEXT button was pressed. Had to attempt a few times before it went through but quote information was always saved so that was helpful.

Phone vs online enrollment
I've used Nationwide pet insurance for years, but usually used the site to enroll new pets. This time I did it via phone and it was just as smooth going as online. Michael was a delight to work with

Stellar Customer Service
Claims are processed quickly and they are very easy to understand. When I have had to add a pet to my coverage, customer service was very helpful. When I had to update an address, again they were wonderful and helped solve my problems quickly.

Fetch insurance is a bad company. Go elsewhere.
We didn’t find much use for this plan so we decided to cancel. My wife went to cancel and thought she did but we still got charged. She called back and they said they need the main policy holder to cancel. But they didn’t tell my wife that when she initially called. They won’t refund us the months that we wanted to cancel and thought we did. Disappointed in the customer service.
