Both positives and negatives.

I am happy I was able to receive help with Emma's medical bills. I am also happy Trupanion interacts with, and pays directly do, the veterinarians. With that said, I was not happy that, in such an emotional emergency situation, I was forced to appeal your quick initial denial of coverage. I was further disappointed that, within a week of the claim for treatment expenses, I was notified of a substantial increase in monthly premiums.

I am so grateful to have Fetch Pet Insurance. It is the best for cost and customer care. Tess is now 11 years old so I have had some claims. They are always responsive and fair. Samantha was great today!
