Good coverage and customer service, slightly confusing process
The timeline of reimbursement and the info on the website as the claim was processed was a bit unclear. Our claim was split into two separate claims and reimbursed separately, so I was a bit unclear on what was happening with the claim. However, email response to my questions was prompt and we were ultimately reimbursed for the full amount we expected, so we were overall satisfied with the experience.
