Long wait
I filed my claim back on October 10th and heard nothing for 2 weeks. I called customer service being that this was my first time filing to ask how long it normally takes. I was told 10-25 days, 25 being if they need more information. At the end of October I called again as 25 days was coming up. I was told they had reached out to my vet as they needed the medical records. The vet sent them on November 3rd. I waited another week and called back. I was told they never got them. I ended up getting them from the vet and uploaded them. Since October 10th we had been back 2 more times for the same issue and as of today November 21st my first claim has not even been processed. I had to cancel my last appointment because of this. I’m hoping things get better and holding out until they can figure out all their “technical issues” but they had the best reviews which is why I chose them and right now I am fully disappointed and feel this is a scam.

I am so grateful that I have Healthy paws insurance as my black lab had to have ACL surgery. The on line platform makes it so easy to submit all my claims. Thankful for Pumpkin Insurance
I was honestly skeptical when I first filed the claim for Odie who herniated a disk in his neck chasing a squirrel of all things. Every communication I've had with Pumpkin was great. Each Agent gave me assurance that my claim was being processed and that gave me peace of mind. Once I filed the claim it was paid within days. Thank you Pumpkin Insurance for being there when we needed you. They fulfilled their promise and I cannot ask for anything more.
