They both answer the phone AND speak English. Their staff can't be mistaken for AI. They answer questions knowledgeably. They pay claims quickly with reasonable documentation. They act like they know the stress of a pet in need of medical care & the need for them not to add to the stress but to reduce it. This all works for me.

I adopted my dog from the streets of Tijuana and got a lemon -- she's needed 4 leg surgeries and Healthy Paws has consistently checked in and covered them all. With Healthy Paws, I'm able to say yes to whatever my sweet lemon needs. They always check in after her surgeries and I appreciate that personal touch. I highly recommend healthy paws for pet insurance.

I had many questions that came up over multiple days and Rebecca (and Brandi) took the time to answer each time without making me feel bad about wanting so much information.
