Still unable to access my account…
Still unable to access my account through the web portal. I have used several browsers on my desktop, laptop and phone and I still receive the following error - 403 Forbidden Microsoft-Azure-Application-Gateway/v2. This is not soley my issue since I have read many posts about the lack of access to the website so I think it is unfair to place blame elsewhere and not work to find a solution.

I had to submit a claim for my dogs…
I had to submit a claim for my dogs surgery to remove a tumor. I submitted the claim and at first it was incomplete, and I was notified of what I needed to submit. I called to get clarification and the person at spot was very helpful andprofessional. My claim was approved in a timely manner so far, very pleased with the whole process.

She spent nearly 40 minutes walking me through every detail and patiently answering all of my questions as I evaluated whether switching pet insurance made sense for us. She was incredibly thorough, clear, and thoughtful in how she explained coverage, pricing, and what to expect. I never felt rushed, and she made sure I truly understood everything before we wrapped up. It made the decision feel easy and confident.
