An unexpected emergency
In an unexpected emergency for our 12 year old Cavachon (dog) our ER hospital was able to connect directly with Trupanion and get approval for needed diagnostics immediately. We haven’t needed to use his policy since puppyhood so it was a relief to know that we could access the urgent care that he needed now. We are still midstream in this adventure but knowing that Trupanion has our back is such a comfort. We couldn’t manage without their crucial support.
