Getting started with my first claim was a tad complicated but that was more user error on my end. However, the customer service was outstanding, each representative I spoke with were extremely helpful.

I was not expecting a refund
I was not expecting to even get reimbursed but I got a message from my bank I received a refund from Trupanion. My focus was on Daisy not so much the money part. As a long time membership I am familiar with this company and the quick refund on your return. I was not sure what I would receive. I sometimes just pay if I can and get reimbursed. This is my second pet with this company I know they are pricy but I trust and know them.

Overall really good experience
Was an excellent experience except for the slight confusion of the file attachments being doubled in the two separate claims that were combined into one. Ultimately, I confirmed by calling up and the refund was broken down with simple explanations and executed relatively quickly.

Easy and fast turnaround
The website is easy to navigate. Knowing I need to upload invoice and SOAP notes makes for an easy upload and review knowing I've included everything I need. The turnaround time is great, as well. All in all, it's an easy process.
