Pet’s Best, my worst disappointment
I spent several weeks researching pet insurance and really thought I had found the company that I could rely on for lifetime reassurance that I will always be able to give my dog the best of care. I bought top tier accident and best wellness but they always seem to find some loophole to deny my claim. Both the app and the website are rarely working and the online chat is always “temporarily unavailable”. The one time I was able to reach customer service, the representative was very helpful and explained how I could have submitted my claim for it to be accepted. I just don’t think I should be required to finagle my claim when I submit my receipt along with my vet’s recommendation for my dog’s care. I will have insurance and wellness care for the life of my dog but it won’t be Pet’s Best.
Fetch is an absolute SCAM...
Fetch is an absolute SCAM.... DO NOT go ahead with this company. Denied my dogs knee surgery, even though the knee was completely healthy during the $1,800 in insurance premiums they collected. They require a medical exam prior to accepting your dog, but they don't tell you what will be excluded if you ever file a claim (although they claim "everything is covered", that is an absolute lie), they keep that info to themselves to they can go ahead with denying your re-imbursement and scamming you.

Trupanion is NOT GOOD
Trupanion is the worst of the pet insurance policies. They have denied every basic claim i have ever made and i have had to go back and fight them all. Eventually they paid. But they don’t do it out of obligation or good will. There are so many better and more affordable companies out there. Do not waste your time with trupanion. Even my veterinary office has changed who they recommend.

The process over all is very easy and not complicated. Communication from MetLife was very much appreciated each step along the way as far as submission confirmation, updates, and completion. The claims were processed quicky as well as the reimbursement. All of this is a huge plus and reflective of great customer service. Thank you.

Initially ok, but then improved.
The experience wasn't great at the beginning, due to delays from what is posted about your turn around time. I had to follow up with your team several times to get my claims processed after several weeks of waiting. Once I reached out they were processed within two days. I appreciate that.
