Healthy Paws has really made a difference when it comes to peace of mind in my GSD, Ivan's, care. Recently he needed an MRI which can cost between $7-$8k and HP covered 80%. I don't know what I would have done to be able to pay for such an expense had it not been for HP. I highly recommend them!

I can't give it a full five stars…
I can't give it a full five stars because they turned me down on a claim saying that what my dog had happened before I had insurance but they don't know that. My dog has a wart on his eye and I told the vet I don't know when he got it so I guess the assumption insurance company makes is it must have happened before he had insurance so I'm not happy with that but whatever. However I do have to say for my first claim of what they did pay for they were very quick with getting back to me when I submitted my claim and that's a good thing because I didn't expect as much. I went into this thinking pet insurance is a scam so I guess these guys are legit.

Having Trupanion pet insurance for 15 years now has helped me feel secure in case of any medical emergency. With my "older/Senior" dog now the burden of expenses (for his chronic heart and kidney failure) has been less! Claims are processed and paid quickly!!

This company is becoming a disappointment
If you guys had sent me this a couple months ago- 5 stars. However, now, the app is horrible- you can’t stay logged in like before, always says wrong password and after 3 times of sending a text to my phone I give up. It’s ridiculous. Your monthly premium prices are getting ridiculously high with no explanation, and you email a rep they stop responding, and you call and reps don’t know what they’re talking about and are rude. Putting in a claim now? A pain. It used to be easier you click a couple things upload a document and you’re done. But now? You have to enter the price, the place, the document, more information that’s needed and it’s a pain. It’s a shame too, I’ve had a few people sign up without guys because you used to be a solid company. But now I no longer refer you to people.
